MPSYS: a MPEG2 system library and tools

'mpsys' is a small library and associated program(s) for the processing of an MPEG2 (ISO 13818-1) system stream and DVB System Information, as used in digital television.

Dependencies

For user compilation:

• ANSI C compiler and standard library.

For development, the above plus:

• Any XSLT processor, for the parser code generator
• Optionally GNU indent or equivalent, to reformat the generated code
